About 10- 15 feet from the front of the destroyed meeting hall, and a six foot tall skeletal humanoid with red glowing eyes wearing black armor with a black and white favor lined with red and gold exits. He takes a look around to make sure there is no one that favors light near him, then waves his hand.
At his silent command, 20-30 glowing red eyed undead of various types phase in, pour out of the portal, and climb out of the ground and make their way to the meeting hall to begin repairs, the portal closing behind the last one out. Once the rebuilding process has begun, the original undead makes his way to the tavern missive board to tack up a letter, then returns to oversee the repairs.
